「Clean room and hotel. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. make sure you get a confirmation of your key placement if you are arriving after business hours. I don’t think Expedia did a good job communicating or something. Twice I wrote via Expedia that I was getting there after hours and still didn’t get the keys placed where it was supposed to be.」

「We are very lucky to see aurora in our glass cabin, the cabin is warm and well-designed. Jacuzzi is very relaxing. The reindeer here are always hungry! Staff is nice and helpful, we enjoyed the stay a lot and hope to re-visit soon!」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. We were a little worried about staying further out from the main “downtown” and the Ubers do add up but honestly it was a wash with what we saved on breakfast and dinner being included. Plus the grounds were so enjoyable and peaceful with multiple things to do. There is a free shuttle bus that we utilized once, the timing of the schedule didn’t really help us out all that much. The rooms were small but clean....
