“La maison et l'extérieur sont très agréables! L'accueil des hôtes très sympathique! Dommage de ne pas avoir fait un accès direct à la piscine depuis la terrasse du bas, il faut automatiquement rentré dans la maison et ressortir par la porte d'entrée, c'est dommage mais c'est un détail :)”

“The hotel is modern and extremely well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding of good quality. There is a beach a very short walk away which was lovely and very quiet. Perfect for sunset strolls. The general area seems to be one that is currently being developed so it will probably become more lively in a few years, however this suited my husband and i as we would rather stay in a quiet area. We had hired a car so getting about to see Zadar town……

“Friendly owners, great quiet place for kids to play freely. Outdoor kitchen near pool made it easy for adults to get things done and chill out while kids could swim. Need a rental car but plenty of things to do. Loved our stay.”

“Die Villa in Petrcane ist sehr schön und bietet genug Platz für 8-10 Personen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 und hatten uns auf die 4 Schlafzimmer und die Couch aufgeteilt. Das Wohnzimmer bietet Platz für gemeinsames Essen und der Poolbereich sowie Jacuzzi waren die absoluten Highlights der Anlage. In der Nähe sind zwei Supermärkte, wo man gut alles für Speisen und Frühstück besorgen kann, eine Bäckerei ist auch 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt und diverse Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. “Fantastic fully equipped villa for a perfect family stay. A beautiful area with so many wonderful beaches, coves and historic towns. Having a car helped but the well maintained bikes also made it easy to explore. The villa had everything you needed from a banging sound system to a great sauna and a lively clear pool with lots of shady spits around. Kristin’s was very welcoming, helpful and always available if needed. Would come again for sure! ”

“Lovely location in the countryside but 30min from Zadar. Nice walks nearby. Tiny shop you can walk to for essentials. Supermarket nearby too. Wonderful pizza from a small local Bar. Great pool. Host extremely helpful. No shutters on this property so if light wakes you up bring a mask. ”

“We had a really lovely stay. We had both apartments, which worked really well for our adult daughter to have her own space. Lovely little extras in the fridge - some delicious cherries, wine, beer, coffee cream and more! The pool was great! Really lovely outdoor space, which was very private. It was a very comfortable stay.”

“Wir verbrachten einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub inmitten der Natur und mit grandioser Aussicht auf das Meer und viele Inseln. Wer Ruhe und eine erholsame Zeit sucht und nicht touristische Action, ist da richtig. Das Haus selbst ist klein, aber mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet und man kann sich sehr gut auf den beiden großen Terrassen aufhalten, wo man sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten findet und immer den genialen Blick in die Ferne genießen kann. Die Anfahrt ist etwas mühsam und man muss 15-20……
