The directions and room were exactly as advertised. We had a gorgeous view and small terrace which is why we booked this location. There was street parking and a stocked fridge for us to use including coffee, water, yogurt, meats + cheese plus bread and cookies. The person I was messaging with prior to arrival was great at explaining location and what to expect. Our experience with the person onsite (different) was not as positive. The person in charge of checking us in acted like we were not expected or frankly welcome. He did not like talking to me (a woman) and only wanted to address my husband. We never got his name, the Italian woman maintaining the stay was friendly and named Alessandra. There was a direct path to town by stairs across the road as well as a mini bus ~3 euros that stops outside on the hour(ish). Aside from our rude reception everything else was nice.
First, the property itself was lovely. The room was large, we had a full kitchen and washing machine. Breakfast was breads, yogurts, and coffee in the room that you prepped yourself. The views are beautiful. There are some good restaurants around and it’s about a thirty minute drive to Amalfi and an hour to Pompeii.
IT IS A LOT OF STAIRS TO ACCESS. And the whole town is stairs and hills. So if you have any accessibility challenges, or are not a somewhat fit person, it will be a challenge to get around. Parking is limited and a bit expensive. You pay from 8-8 during the day and it was about 24 euro for the whole time. While they tell you this after you book, I feel it should be more clear upfront. So if you are ready for a hike and some wild driving/ parking it’s worth it.
The view from my room was just beautiful, breath taking. just fantastic. I have never been to this part of Italy ( Ravello) and did not know realized that all building are built on the mountain side, LOTS of steps everywhere.. The location of the property was not indicated AT ALL off the main road therefore unable to find the place. I was told that the sign( Giardino dei Limoni) has been ordered and soon it will be easier to find it.GREAT news!!! Be prepared to go down lots of steps but once you reach the view is amazing. The WIFI is weak this issue needs to be addressed asap. The room was clean , fridge was stocked i had a balcony with a table/chairs and long chair/umbrella flowers all around. Again the view was spectacular.
I got very sick on the way on my motorcycle and thought I might pass out. It was fabulous to arrive at the wonderful little hotel with unreal views down to the bay.
Wonderful view but staff did not inform us of the parking situation on the street and the need for a parking permit. We got stuck with a towed car and citation fees that put a serious damper on our visit
Belle chambre,
Personnel accueillant,
frigo garni,
Panorama mozzafiato, Concierge Bijou gentilissimo e servizio Top!
Consigliatissimo!

Property advertised as “breakfast included” but we didn’t consider pre-packed tarts / bread (no toaster), opened cheese slices (still wrapped individually but how do you tell sell by date?)
Apartment not properly cleaned; dusty, shampoo bottle left on top of cubicle, used scourers and cloths for our use in kitchen, bins area looked unkempt.
Advertised as “60 steps” out of property to street hut this is misleading; from there it is another 80 steps to actual street level, and then it is a shuttle or 0.4 miles and 200 more steps to Ravello itself. The steps did not bother us, but beware if for whatever reason you want to avoid them.
Beautiful place to stay. Owners very hospitable and friendly. Be sure to clarify entrance to property as it is an unmarked laneway and owners don't speak English. This place is well worth the effort. ( There are some stairs to navigate) Get the local community bus down it cost 1 euro and bus from Amalfi goes frequently. We really loved staying here.
The room is ok, but the "full breakfast" that was written in the site is a lie because we got the minimum.
There are about 140 uncomfortable stairs to go down and climb up that tired up enormously.
The view was gorgeous, but apart from that pay attention to mention the stairs and the poor breakfast to people who look up this place.
Petit appartement charmant avec une vue imprenable
Notre hote nous a donné de bon conseil pour la visite de la ville et de très bon conseil pour le restaurant. Souvenir inoubliable.

Pros: amazing view, nice building and property, fairly clean, nice deck
Cons
No sign at entry for reception, rough bed, could be tidier and details lacking attention.

Fabulous Biew!!
After carting luggage down more than 130 steps we arrived to a very average accommodation. It was relatively clean but could have used a little updating- and new sheets. However when you sit on the patio and take in the breathtaking view you can almost forget the steps and sheets. If you are very energetic and don't mind steps this is a good value...did I mention the view is to die for!

A picture perfect location awaits - peaceful and private
A comfortable room with kitchen and bathroom
Great air conditioning for comfort
Entrance and exit up and down the steps will provide plenty of exercise - fitness required
Kind and helpful owners
Very good wifi too
The studio provides excellent value. Fantastic view, kitchenette, washer, which we used during our stay, privacy. The studio is in fact much better than it looks on the pictures, there is a flat screen TV and AC in the room. Nice cool breeze at night. It's about 20-25 min walk from the city center and the area is very safe and not bad at all as someone is describing... On your first day of arrival I'd recommend getting a cab either from Ravello bus stop (5 min ride) or from Amalfi as it would be easier with luggage, but after that no problem. Yes, there are steps here and there as there are steps anywhere on the Amalfi coast, one needs to climb up to experience the fabulous views... Owner Gregorio was very nice and helpful.
I wouldn't rent a car while on Amalfi coast - extremely narrow and winding roads. SITA bus is the way to go.
Please do not stay at this place if you do not have a car !! Myself and my friend are both in shape and love hiking and we did not have a car and this place is outrageous. It is in a cliff (literally) and to get from the closest town/ bus stop (ravello) to the bnb is 659 steps down, 320 up, 93 down and 10 up. If you opt out to travel back up that and choose the longer, but more downhill stairs to amalfi (second closest town, which to be honest, stay there) is about 1200 steps and 2 km walk. Also, breakfast included really means butter, nutella, yogurt just as a heads up. There's a fridge and stove but again, havefun carrying your groceries (we certainly did). He keeps the place clean and the AC is excellent and it is private but in the end if you don't have a car this place isn't worth the trouble. If you do have a car and say it shouldn't be bad, keep in mind if you like wine you probably shouldn't have to much at dinner or you won't be able to drive close enough back !
A beautiful location with an amazing view. The hotel is a little hidden down some steps from the road and was very peaceful. It's quite a walk up steps to Ravello but not a problem of you're fit. There was a small kitchen with a fridge full of breakfast supplies.
