UVA, Pagliarulo Complex by AMALFIVACATION.IT, Pool, Sea View, 2 Terraces

UVA, belonging to our Pagliarulo complex with pool (which is comprised also of Albicocca, Limone and Nido all published on this website) is a beautiful fully-equipped accommodation with a living room with a double sofa-bed, two bedrooms with queen-size beds (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds in each bedroom), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two private outdoor spaces with sea views and one barbecue.

Guests staying at Uva can enjoy the on-site infinity pool of the complex with a large surrounding sundeck.

The large sundeck is equipped with plenty of sun loungers. Each guest has his/her sun lounger guaranteed, and pool towels are provided as well.

The pool area can be used from April 1st onwards,
weather permitting.
The infinity pool is heated in the spring and autumn months

The three balconies - each with stunning sea views - off the sitting room make it bright and airy.
The full range of electrical appliances in the kitchen makes it suitable for cooking full meals.
There are two elegantly decorated bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom.
Both the en suite and a second bathroom (which has a jetted shower) are tiled with hand-painted Vietri majolica.

Ideal for both al fresco dining and sunbathing, Uva's two private outdoor spaces are furnished with tables, chairs, and deck chairs.
Uva boasts a dishwasher, a washing machine, heat and air conditioning, and high-speed internet access among its amenities.

Parking space is available in the garage of the complex for Euro 30 per day per car;

LOCATION:

Uva is located in one of the most scenic and picturesque areas of the Amalfi Coast: Marmorata, the area of Ravello closest to the sea.

The location is strategic: in fact, even if it's in the area of Ravello, the closest little town is Minori (which is just a short walk from the villa (10 minutes) or 2 minutes by bus, car, or taxi.).

Minori features sand beaches, shops, grocery stores, banks, excellent restaurants and one of the best and world's most famous pastry shops "Sal De Riso".

From the charming village of Minori: ferry lines for Amalfi, Positano, Capri etc, depart.

Amalfi town is only 1.5 miles/2.4 km away (about 7-8 minutes by car, taxi, bus, or ferry);

Uva is a perfect base to visit all the towns along the Amalfi Coast, and also other towns such as Sorrento, Pompeii and Hercolaneum.

Confirmation Policy :
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ the service fee) is required at the moment of the booking through VRBO reservation system. The balance will be paid on arrival.

The rental period can start and finish any day (according to the availability).

Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €30 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50.
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.
A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.
