「The team at Motel 6 was helpful,kind, available and responsive. The hotel is being renovated. They are adding new refrigerators and microwaves to the rooms. Laundry facilities on-site, parking is a breeze and they have the best pet policy of any hotels in the area. Additionally, as a single woman traveling alone, I felt safe. I would definitely stay there again.」

「Booked a King suite. Very happy with the room. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Water quality and shower water pressure and temp were great. We were exhausted after a day a tthe Bristol Renaissance Faire and it was a very comfortable hotel to rest in. It was quite, the AC worked beautifully. Breakfast was adequate and to standard. We will definitely book again next year.」

「I was disappointed at how run-down the room was compared to the perceived modernity they portrayed in their online photos. The laminated floor in the room was warped and chipped throughout. There was a dresser drawer missing. Lamp shades were dated and dusty, one with a burnt bulb. There was a TV bracket on the wall for a tv that wasn‘t there; they replaced it with a small one on the dresser. No coffee maker, in-room phone or battery in the smoke alarm.
