Every interaction was polished, calm, and genuinely kind. The entire staff operates at an elite level: poised, attentive, and impeccably professional. That evening, they remembered it was my son’s birthday and surprised him with a cake waiting in our room, an incredibly thoughtful touch that meant so much to our family. Upon arrival, they asked if we needed additional pillows or towels. Later that night, turndown service included slippers placed neatly beside the bed, sheets turned down, and a bottle of water thoughtfully placed on each side. Every detail was anticipated. "Room clean bed very comfy lobby and halls gorgeous. Bathroom could use aome counter space for personal items and pocket door in bathroom very havy and sticks so cant close it.pretty glass shelves with sea shells in bedroom would be better use of space with a suitcase stand or a microwave..The wonderful staff and gorgeous view from the balcony made up for all tgar.not to mention good coffee in the lobby."
