The Space:

Airconditioned throughout, with a log fire for winter and BBQ and outdoor setting for summer. Unspoilt vista views from the lower and upper verandas make this ideal for a stress-free getaway, girls or guys weekend away, family stays



A walk to the Ravensbourne National Park or a short drive to beautiful Lake Cressbrook and the waterfall at Crows Nest. Or simply lunch or dinner at Myrtille Bistro at Crows Nest 18 minutes away. This is our latest micro-region eatery specilaising in locally sourced and organic foods served gourmet-style.



Guest Access:

Your chalet is located in the gated area of Palmtrees Estate overlooking the Brisbane valley and National Parks. Your gate code will get you in any time.

Ravensbourne Escape boasts 46 Acres of residential grounds with great views so feel free to walk around on the paved roads, Or if you feel energetic, use the free public tennis courts nearby or simply enjoy the location and its ambience. Make the place your own.



The Neighborhood:

You are situated on the cool green Great Dividing Range escarpment at 2400 feet above sea level. With amazing views of the Brisbane Valley below and as far south as New South Wales.

Or simply stay in and enjoy the log fire in winter on misty days or a bbq on the veranda in Summer

Unspoilt, tranquil and relaxing. Only a short drive to cafes, Pubs and bistros for breakfast lunch or dinner.

We are a 10 minute drive from pretty Lake Cressbrook and Hampton Visitors Centre. Within 20 minutes Discover Crows Nest with its cafes and quaint country vibe, great coffee, a 5 star eatery - Myrtille, and local art & crafts, supermarket, local pub and Village square .

Getting Around:

You will come by car and this will be necessary for your travel around the area. Parking is provided free at your house.

No pets or loud parties please,

Before you leave, please:

- ensure the BBQ is cleaned

- place your rubbish and recycling in the outside bins provided

- make sure lights and aircon are turned off

- dishes washed and put away.

- check to see if you have left anything behind

- doors & windows and closed
