"This house is brand new on the inside. Everything is new and works great. The parking is great and the back porch and grill were an added bonus. We will be making this house our lake house from now on. Can’t beat the price and it is 5 minutes from our boat slip."

"We loved the cabin, we just wished it wouldn’t have been so rainy. The driveway was washed out in places so the last night we loaded the vehicles and drove them up by the rode, as we were afraid we might get stuck the next morning. We were glad we did, it rained most of the night. We had to carry the rest of our luggage to our vehicles in the pouring rain about a half mile. It was worth it great place and we loved our stay. We will be back."

"The cabin is in a beautiful location, and we enjoyed it very much. We are already hoping to return at some point, maybe in the fall. My only suggestion to make stays more enjoyable would be to find a way to keep the cabin and deck area free of spiders. Though I do not have a problem with spiders, my girlfriend did. The host, Mark Bailey was a tremendous help!"

"The pictures didn’t do it justice! It is truly cozy. We loved that we were ‘away’ from the city but 5 minutes from restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Perfect getaway for our anniversary. Would love to return and will definitely tell our friends of a great place to stay."

"Trailer house was clean but you need to stock it better. There was only 1 small pan and 1 small pot in the kitchen. For people who like to cook this was inconvenient. Doesn't have a dish washer but also didn't have many towels. No internet."

"Really enjoyed the property but was not informed of floating playground in front of cabin. Came to the lake to fish. Kind of hard with floaties. Also the sound of construction of said playground all week."

"We had a wonderful time staying here! Plenty of room for our family, house was clean inside and out w/ big back yard ,2 decks plus a hammock to enjoy a little peace & tranquility after being on the lake all day. The home is in the perfect location in the Soldier Creek area of Texoma- fun golf cart neighborhood & close to 2 boat ramps. The owners also made sure were had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!"
