Blown generator
Was there from 30th July until 02 August. There was no electricity for two days. We were supposed to check out on the second but we left on the first as our meat was going off and there was nothing to do as pools were cold. I am still waiting on the refund that reception promised me.

Tulbagh needsa revamp
Tulbagh chalets need a desperate upgrade. No oven kitchen not good, no towels, bathroom needs a shampoo, shower gel holder, the bedroom is open on top no privacy, the lighting is baf with only 1 light for bedroom and living room. The only plus is the proximity to the pool area.

Beautiful scenic surrounding makes this a fantastic holidays destination.
Efficient and friendly staff slso makes for a pleasant experience.
Cleanliness is top notch.
A very relaxing stay .
The venue caters for most people. We'll secured, we'll structured. Just not impressed with the restaurant's weekend manager. Behind the counter staff were charging their phones and ignoring people, mumbling to each other they're not allowed to serve people as the staff did not have any masks, so they ended up ignoring people that wanted a table. Staff act that way when they don't have respect for the establishment. Was very off putting..

Friendly an very helpful frm the start, peaceful Atmosphere it was wonderful.
just to make a note of, after load shedding the Dstv had no signal, an then maybe the pools can close later than 23h00❤️
Third stay here and can highly recommend it if you have kids. Apart from all the swimming, there are other kid stuff that keeps them occupied. And also, there are many other kids, so it's never boring.
