Sebago Lake offers plenty of room for boating, with access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, providing over 40 miles of boatable waterway. The property is nestled in natural surroundings with a partially cleared lot. Please note that the path to the dock is uneven and may not be suitable for those who require walking aids, but there is an alternate level path to the sandy beach.
