「The cabin is modern, warm, and cozy. The hosts provided everything we needed during our stay. The ocean is a short and easy walk thru the dunes and native plants. The path is maintained. Beautiful sunsets from the beach and the patio. Trails around the property to walk our pup.On the morning of our departure we saw a bald eagle at the edge of the dunes. The cabin has a telescope so that was fun to see closeup on our last day.」

「We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The cottage is cozy, comfortable and very clean! A comfortable bed and we found that despite being close to the highway, it was quiet. While small, it offers almost everything one could want in a beach stay. A well equipped kitchen and dishware for meals in. We especially liked the back porch and comfortable rockers overlooking the back yard. The fenced side yard and dog door were ideal for our girl to come in and out. 「The property is really nice with ample space for my family and friends. We really enjoyed being able to watch the sunsets from the comfort of livingroom and deck. Having the beach close to house was a big plus. Will rent again. Hostess very helpful and easy to contact about any issue. 」

「This property is perfectly located, close to the beach and town with plenty of room for a family. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「We had a wonderful time with friends. It was a short drive to every place we wanted to go. Jack's Mercantile was amazing and we enjoyed the Cranberry Museum. Being elderly, next time we'll get a two bathroom place. The door lock was a challenge at times. We were able to relax and I didn't do any yard work which needed attention.」

「We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend.」

「What a wonderful house! We were 6 adults and 3 grand kids and had plenty of room for all of us. This house is impeccably clean and well maintained, and very comfortable. The beach is a short 4 minute walk thru the grasses and the beach itself is fantastic! The host was terrific and made sure we were welcome and taken care of. It was a truly memorable time, with pelicans, eagles, and whales too!」
