"Room was pretty clean and in good condition. Pool has increasingly become dingier and scummier with kids now scratching their names into the dirt on the tiles. Visible stains on the pool steps and bottom. Shower curtain in the room was a bit short and didn’t keep water off the floor. Tub was very slippery. Ac/heat kicked on late night and was very loud. Breakfast was decent, waffles were good but the coffee has been consistently awful, bitter, and watered down. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites—truly a 10/10 experience and we would absolutely stay here again! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were great and everything felt fresh and well maintained. It was also very quiet at night, which made it easy to relax after a full day exploring Lancaster County. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the beautiful indoor pool area. It was very clean and well cared for, and it was such a nice place to unwind. You can tell the hotel takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. Breakfast in the morning was another highlight. There were plenty of options and everything was well stocked, making it a perfect start to the day. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Amish Country and close to shops, markets, and great restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, wonderful staff, and a perfect location. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Lancaster / Intercourse area!"
