Stayed for an overnight. The parking lot felt isolated and was strewn with cans and trash. Neighborhood next to the hotel was run down. Our room had dirt, hair, a piece of dog kibble on the floor. Hair in the shower drain. The bed was comfortable and the area and room were quiet. I spoke with the front desk at check out regarding the uncleanliness and received an apology and assurance she would speak with the housekeeper supervisor.

The room was not too terrible of stay overall, other than the bathroom being a little dingy but the atmosphere was inadequate. Being that it is next to a bar, even on the far side you can still hear the music till 2 am. People were loud and yelling in the hallways throughout the night and early in the morning, seemed like nothing was remotely soundproof. If you want a relaxing and on the quiet side, I do not recommend staying here.

The room wasn’t clean, dirt in the corners and the sink had someone else’s hair in it! The heat didn’t work correctly, either blowing cold air or not coming on, irregardless of the thermostat setting. The hotel has a lounge connected to it and the music was very loud on Friday and Saturday nights,I couldn’t sleep until 2:30 am when it shut down! Coffee in the lobby only and the muffin was the disappointing breakfast. I have stayed at this place before but never again, it’s really gone down. DON’T STAY HERE! There is a hotel across the street!

The ice machine was out of order and there wasn’t another on the second floor. Also Legands is a club and we had to listen to load music until 4am. Even though it says they close at 2am. When you go to the front desk when legands opens no one works the front desk because they are working legands. Also the room keys stopped working after midnight.

The room wasn’t dirty per say, I just have OCD when it comes to cleanliness. There were some stains in the tub and floors that made my flip flops handy. Overall the experience was not bad at all check in was quick and easy check out was easier. I brought my dog and there was extra charge or hidden fees. Dogs are completely free. The rooms are equipped with everything needed and more. Parking was right in front of the room door. There was no dog smells in the room which was my main concern.

The room was extremely dirty. There was something white that looked like bodily fluid all over the vanity chair so we couldn’t use it. The bathroom floor had dirt all over it. The entire room looked as if the only thing housekeeping did was come in and make the bed. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm after driving for 5 hours so I was not going to the front desk and asking for a new room or making a complaint. I checked the beds for bugs and we climbed in to go to sleep. This is when we realized there was live music held in the hotel every night until 2am, which is not mentioned on the booking page. This music could be heard clearly from our room which was on the back side of the hotel. I am glad we only stayed here for a family wedding in the area the next morning, because I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend anyone else to stay there! Also the next morning my husband went out for coffee around 10am and was locked out of the building with the electronic key. Check out was at noon so the keys should not have been deactivated. The woman at the front desk claimed we probably demagnetized it with our cell phones.
