“The staff was very helpful. The common areas like the dining room, reception and hallways were clean. There was a strong curry scent in the hotel at all hours during the two nights that I stayed. The room that I was assigned was on the first floor facing the street and it seemed that it was accessible for individuals with mobility issues. Although the room was ample, with a double and a twin bed, it was in desperate need for renovations. The false ceiling tiles and the floor tiles were very……

“Hice una reservacuon de una noche en Casa Azul pues necesitaba alojarme con mi madre de 86 años para un procedimiento médico. El mismo dia del viaje, la clínica aplazó la cita un dia, me comuniqué con la propiedad para mirar la posibilidad de cambiar la reserva para el día siguiente y la unica opción que me dieron es que volviera a pagar y me daban un descuento de $5000 pesos ( un poco mas de un dolar). Si bien es cierto es un negocio, deberían tener cierta consideración con los clientes pues……
