Infirmière et cabinet de 6 infirmiers pouvant intervenir 7J/7 et téléconsultations avec des médecins traitants.

La maison est entièrement rénovée, climatisée, avec terrasse, spa, cour intérieure sécurisée ayant la capacité d'accueillir 2 camionnettes.

Cuisine équipée avec micro-ondes, air-fryer, plaques de cuisson, lave vaisselle, bouilloire, théière ....nombreux équipements.

2 chambres et un palier à l 'étage
la première chambre possède un grand lit et un lit superposé et peut accueillir un lit bébé.

Le palier possède un clic-clac .

La deuxième chambre quant à elle a un grand lit et peut aussi recevoir un lit bébé.

Le salon et coin lecture et télévision avec canapé donnent sur la terrasse.
