Great, convenient location. Terrific , friendly staff. Comfortable beds. However, maintenance is lacking. Our bathroom tub was dirty and damaged. Needs to be replaced. Door to room was damaged and needs to be replaced.

The place had a smell that kept me up. I don’t know if it was from the carpet or the bedding. I won’t stay at another hotel place again.

Ther rooms are very simple but does the job if you just need a place to sleep for the night. The rooms have a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and cook top, however no pots pans, plates or utensils. The included breakfast is mearely a rolling cart with granola bars, twinkle and coffee. That was the biggest disappointment.

This is a bare bones place. Not even a hair dryer in the room. I asked for a quiet room, and the desk clerk put us next to the elevator and facing the highway. It also smelled strange, like a cheap English muffin. The “coffee bar” in the morning did have nice hot coffee but only artificial flavorings to add (no milk).

Copious amounts of dust and human hair from all parts of the body were left around the room. Upon arrival, I grabbed a shower towel that had pubes stuck to them. Underneath the bed was caked with dust and candy was melted to our floor.

The room smelled awful. Like an old smoking room made a non-smoking room. Everything about the room was old , floors bathroom and kitchen. Bedding and towels were good. Types of furniture were good, just old. Almost every time I went down to the lobby there was no one at the desk. No one at the desk to check out. Not worth $400+ for 2 nights

Comfortable stay in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short drive from the PNC Bank Arts Center (we were in town for a concert) and the Parkway. Room had a kitchen area and coffee maker was available upon request. Breakfast was grab and go and staff was very professional and responsive.

Very close to Redbank and convenient to the parkway. Price was excellent considering the season and the property was well maintained. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. 2 suggestions; 1. Have regular milk or creamer with the morning coffee station not just flavored and sweetened and 2. An Ice machine would be great. Overall good value.

This was hands down the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The slime factor was high. Dirt in the bed. Dirt on the floor. Grime in the common spaces. And walls that were paper thin and fixtures all beat up and broken. And the price was jacked up because of a nearby music festival. Just awful. Would have been better sleeping in my car. On the plus side they had nice staff.
