「I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, the staff was unhelpful, and the overall experience was not good. The check-in process was slow and not informative, the street were noisy late at night, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.」

「Overall everything was okay, but the bathroom shower head was broken and the water pressure was so harsh that it actually hurt when hitting the skin. The bathroom glass door also leaked water everywhere even when the door was properly closed. I hope these maintenance issues can be fixed because they affected the overall stay experience.」

「Staffs were nice and helpful. But rooms were outdated. wood floors for the rooms were nice but if you go barefeet, your feet gets dirty really fast. Doesnt seem like the floors were ever clean. Toilet paper holder was broken and tub has rust build up. Appliances were really old and dirty. Breakfast is not full Breakfast, just snacks and diy oatmeals and cereals. Overall only stayed here due to price and convenience.」

「The first room I was given met my ADA needs, being on the first floor near a handicapped spot, but the toilet was leaking. The owner offered a “better room” on the second floor, which I accepted due to exhaustion after my 7-hour drive. The second room seemed renovated but felt cramped, with the beds separated awkwardly, leaving little space to access one side. We resolved this by pushing the beds together, misaligning them with the headboards. The shower had extremely high water pressure and...

「When we checked in, we were informed the parking was “free”. They had a sign at the check-in counter that said parking was $15/night. We inquired about it. They reassured us it was included. I just checked my credit card statement & I was charged $30!! (We stayed 2 nights). Also, only 1 wash cloth, no tissues & to top it off, we had a barking dog in the room next to us.」

「I never checked it. The night I was to check in, the parking was filled with several police cars with their lights flashing. Apparently, something bad must had happened just before my arrival. Seeing this, I stayed at a Travelodge in downtown Long Bea school, which was far cleaner and safer. I would caution anyone thinking about staying there, not to.」
