"Had a lovely stay in a Family Villa for 12 nights, which had it's own private parking. 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which was ensuite. The downstairs bedroom doesn't have a safe or a wardrobe (but there is a wall rack) All rooms had a hairdryer, shower gel & shampoo. Large shared space with dining table & chairs, seating for 4 (although not very comfortable) with TV and a large fridge. There are a few plates and bowls (we expected more), cutlery, cups & saucers and hot water...

"I emailed sananwan beach b&b the day before i was due to arrive to say i would not be able to make the reservation as the taxi driver refused to take me as it was too far from the airport. I asked another taxi driver who contested the same problem. I emailed to let them know but they did not reply to my emails but they did charge me the FULL amount of for the three days i was due to stay. I am very unhappy about being charged for 3 days when i did not stay there. Very disappointed"
