Mid day checkin, no staff at counter. They were sleeping and as directed we had to use a lobby phone to call the front desk to wake them? Room did NOT feel secure. Still used locks requiring actual keys and our key barely worked. Staff had to tell us how to hold the key at a certain angle to actually make it work in the lock. The room itself was very clean and beds were average for comfort. Furniture was all very dated. Only one plug in of the two plug electrical outlet worked by the bed which seemed like a fire hazard?! Breakfast was ok. Cereal, muffins, toast, some fruit and yogurt. Overall its condition matched the price which was cheaper than most other hotels/inns/motels in the area I guess.

This is a great little place for the price! We stayed for 2 nights, everyone was super friendly, the breakfast area had a decent spread. 3 minutes from westerner park. The only things that bring it down from a 5 star from my personal preference is our non smoking room smelt like smoke, the walls are paper thin & you can hear people walking above you, there was no clothing iron, & the outlets seemed old (the fridge froze all of our food and the microwave didn’t heat very well). Other than that, the lady at the front was all smiles and it was a good place for us to rest our heads!

Excellent place, very clean rooms, newly renovated, great breakfast, very friendly owner who's very proud of her place and keeping her customers feel welcomed. Great location as on Gasoline Alley, so minutes from downtown Red Deer. The price is well worth the value, and we highly recommend you check it out. Will return again.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and our room was very clean. The hotel itself is older but feels cared for. Breakfast was good, standard continental. The hardboiled eggs were very fresh and still warm.

the lady running it was nice. the room was clean. the continental breakfast was sub par. the snow was not cleared from the parking lot and walkways. A bit dated but clean so not a huge issue.

This hotel is a hidden gem, the owner is very kind and welcoming. The hotel and room was very clean. The breakfast was way more then we expected and very fresh! Lots of parking and easy to get to. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

Enjoyed my stay in all. Room was quiet and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. I would have liked to have coffee available in room and the parking area snow removal done. It was dangerous walking to and from property with the ice and snow.

It was quiet,the manager was friendly. We were maybe spending the night again,she let us know in the morning the room was still available if we needed it. Did tell us tho that the cleaning lady was gone already. So when that happens she is left to clean the room,after working all night

This is an older property, but it is well kept and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was always available and willing to help out if you needed anything. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. For the price you can't beat this place.
