"My husband and I wanted to get out of Denver and spend a couple of relaxing days in the mountains. We were so pleased with the warmth, comfort and layout of the cabin/home. The attention to details was impressive including the “amber” soft lighting (however, bright were it need to be), living room and porch furniture, equipped kitchen and so much more. Couldn’t of asked more for a quiet, relaxing get-a-way."

"Marcy, the host, had just taken over the property and there are renovations that need to be made that she is working on. It is an historic property set in a beautiful, scenic location. The lodging was dated, but clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. Short walk to the cute little town, and her "shop" had everything from camping gear to hardware, to a lovely little ice cream shop. (I recommend Bunny Tracks.) "The cabin was nice and homey. Karen and Al were so friendly and were the first thing we were greated by after a 12 hour drive. Karen was very helpful over the phone answering any questions I had. Other than that I did not see much of them. There property is beautiful and I'm so glad we got to see it when it was raining as it made it even more a rare site for city people like myself and my partner.
