「This was a quiet, clean place to stay that was just a short walk or drive to the main street in Red River. The owners personalized each room with a welcome note upon arrival, were friendly, and responded quickly to questions. My sister and I were on the second floor, and enjoyed watching the hummingbirds that came to the feeder just off the balcony! I can definitely recommend!」

One block off the Plaza, in a generally commercial area, this small street-level apartment is in an old adobe structure with original features (vigas, kiva fireplace, etc.). The space is long and narrow, but very well appointed. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower, table for meals. It is a bit dark because shades are not permitted to be drawn. Parking is available and convenient. Some noise at night from vehicles cruising and street racing. ...

「While traveling cross country from the east coast, staying at Red Cat House in Taos, NM was absolutely the best stay ever. When first entering the apartment, one finds it clean, beautifully decorated with well thought out with useful and quality provisions. Melissa has gone a step above to make the apartment comfortable and inviting. Great location for leisurely walking, restaurants, dog park, shopping and hiking. Directions are clear and Melissa is easy to communicate with and always responds...
