“We had a lovely weekend getaway. The property is remote enough to see the stars at night and enjoy the quiet but close enough to enjoy all that the Hunter Valley has to offer.”

“What a wonderfully located, layed out and aesthetically pleasing place to spend a few days. The 'cabin' itself was clean, well stocked - wine, chocolate & chips - comfortably furnished and well positioned - facing the dam filled with water birds. spent most late afternoons/evenings sitting on the verandah with a glass (or three)... Comfortable bed, nice big bathtub, roomy shower, cosy lounge and functional kitchenette. We'll definitely be back!”

“7 older ladies thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Bluebush Cottage. We absolutely loved having our own en-suites. There were so many places to sit, eat, drink and talk. We loved sitting outside having drinks (of locally sourced wine) and nibbles before dinner looking at the gorgeous roses, vines, kangaroos and lovely sunsets. Would definitely recommend this cottage for large groups of friends or family there was so much space.”

“This magical place was exactly what I imagined. I booked in for two nights to create my art surrounded by all sorts of wildlife. Birds chirping, a visit from Skippy and family and Greg the host was very helpful making the stay perfect. I will definitely come back again for another magical experience. ”

“Had a few days away with family (age range 40s to under 1s). House was easy to find with plenty of parking for 4 cars, clean and had a functional layout, and not too far from the wineries. Different spaces available for the little kids and the bigger kids and they all enjoyed the pool. We had power outages due to heavy storms so the BBQ was very appreciated. Instructions and communications from property manager kept us in the loop and ensured a smooth and easy stay. Overall, it was a great time……

“Very comfortable house with beautiful views. The AC made the stay very comfortable in summer. We were in a group and appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms.The access to the BBQ was not exactly convenient.”
