“Used the place to sleep for the night on a long journey, and was pleasantly surprised with very helpful polite staff, an nice bar, restaurant area and clean rooms. ”

“The pictures provided of the property were not what we were greeted with. Pool was closed and extremely run down, room windowsills had a sort of black powder on them, stained pillows on the bed. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz but definitely expected more for the price for one night. ”

Room was clean, just a lot of small flying insects in the bathroom (windows werent open but maybe due to opening front door when getting in and out. Could be better table tennis bats and balls as well as cue sticks/table in the games room. Pool was freezing despite low to mid 20s day. Rooms were cold at night too but good heating. “It was very spacious and the bathroom was very modern and the room was brilliant the bed was also very comfy. Nice and clean also quiet”

“The cabin was fairly clean inside, a couple of window ledges were dirty, ants were a problem, they were everywhere, but the biggest issue was the state of the windows, cobwebs everywhere, really dragged the cabin down.”

“Beautiful area but was let down on the cleanliness and facilities. The white bedding had brown stains all over and cob webs in the bath room. On multiple websites it stated their was a spa for guest use, despite this not being the case. The info in our room also stated breakfast basket apon arrival as well as spa for guest to use, neither which were true. Little things can make a big impact, for example, it would have been nice when we came to our room after a hot day for the air con to be on,……
