「Clean and friendly. 」

「Our stay here was wonderful! It’s such a short walk to the beach and a bunch of beach equipment is included. We loved relaxing on the balcony as well. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great to be comfortable through the night. The location is perfect and the kitchen is well stocked that cooking meals was a breeze. Only one suggestions of an otherwise perfect stay: a vacuum within the unit could be helpful for controlling the inevitable sand that gets tracked in. 」

「The pictures do not do this place justice! Best place we have ever stayed at. The room was immaculate and exceeded our expectations! Saw manatees and dolphins every single day from our balcony. The beach had attendants that gave us our chairs and towels and the same thing for the pool! We ended up renting kayaks on the beach as well which gets charged to the room. We ordered uber eats a couple nights for dinner and it worked out that there was plates and silverware already in the room. Would...

「Clean and well prepped for vacationers! Very impressed with the condo. However, there was a terrible amount of construction in the area including beach preservation project with constant movement of heavy equipment back and forth the beach area, also creating mucky water. Wish we had known ahead of time. 」

「We enjoyed staying on the Gulf. Beach and pool were great. We barbecued on the grill and enjoyed several of the restaurants that were within walking distance. 」

「Our stay was comfortable, and the unit's location right on the gulf was perfect! My kids (ages 9 and 8) enjoyed the beach toys available in the condo, and I appreciated access to the beach chairs and cooler. The building and pool were both quiet. We had a small incident with the kitchen, but the owners were very responsible and helpful. Our only negative comment is that the AC unit and dehumidifier are very loud. Overall, we had a nice long weekend stay. 」

「The pictures of this property does not do it justice! This condo was pristine. Towels were fresh and smelled good. Dust free, and very spacious! Also, when you look on the map, the beach looks farther away from the property than it really is. Saint Pete Beach is a wide beach, but there’s plenty of places to stop if you’re walking the beach, which we did from our place all the way to Pass-a-Grill! 」

「The condo was perfect! It actually exceeded our expectations in every way. Every little detail was throughly thought out. Views off the balcony were even better than the photos suggested. Communication with host was quick and check in/out was easy. Only downside was we had to go home! We will definitely be back. 」
