「It Was advertised as a “phenomenal penthouse” & “gorgeous apartment” this was False & Misleading and in need of repairs, a thorough clean, patch & paint job. It was a below average ordinary apartment.」

「The views were amazing. Michael was very informative about the area and made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. It was great I could take my little dog with me. He enjoyed the beach and we had a great time.」

「Whilst the accommodation was ok, there were quite a few maintenance issues that need correcting. The lockbox refused to open despite many attempts on arrival and departure to open it. If another tenant had not assisted me I have no idea how long I would have been waiting out front to enter. The owner was informed and offered a gift card, but nobody attended to fix it while I was there. 」
