Very nice and nicely appointed. We may very well be back.
Very well appointed with plates, utensils and towels. Might be nice to inform clients to bring their own coffee as we arrived to find zero grounds and only 3 pods for the K machine.

Very cozy with charm.
Clean, cozy, 2 bed / 2 bath unit. Dog friendly & easy access to grassy areas outside. Great location nestled amongst trees, close to fitness center and golf shop. Robes provided for hot tub are a nice touch and gas fireplace looks & feels great. A little dated, basic kitchen supplies (no oil, foil, or plastic wrap), some stains on bedroom carpet (no prob for pet friendly unit!), but cute and comfortable interior overall. Beds very firm memory foam, but were surprisingly an alright sleep. Really an excellent value overall. Didn’t want to leave and would gladly stay at this property again!

Nice little place but the small things can ruin it
Nice place allowed pets so expected the small little stains on the carpet overall very clean. The beds may have been the most uncomfortable things I have ever tried to sleep on. My wife can sleep on anything and she even had a hard time sleeping. I didn’t know they made mattresses that hard. Worst part was there was an indent where people had slept like sleeping on a rock formed for someone else’s body. I ended up leaving one night early after two horrible sleeps. People were responsive no other issues but no sleep can ruin any trip. Invest in some new mattresses please!

no-frills family and dog friendly
We were happy to be able to bring our dog/multiple kids. We were a little bummed by a lack of basic supplies (like butter/oil for cooking, or a few coffee pods for the keurig, or extra sets of sheets). Eagle Crest is a beautiful space and the house was in a great location on the property. Our code to get in did not work (so we had to call) and the wifi listed on the house rules was not working (it turns out a new/different wifi was listed in a previous email, but it was very hard to miss, meaning we had to call AGAIN). The hot tub was definitely a high light!

Great Place to Getaway
The property was in a grea location and the valuable amenities are awesome I originally gv a5 on cleanliness and that was before I found wet pillow cases on the master bedroom downstairs and my daughter found some food sain on the wall upsairs.. The maintenance needs to be very thorough even small tasks. Overall, our stay was very nice.

Great family stay spot!
Great home for a family stay! My wife and I stayed here on our wedding weekend and it was a terrific location - close to everything, but quiet and relaxing. Bonus if you’re golfing on property - this home is a short 5 min walk from the Ridge Course and Challenge Course pro shop. There’s also a fun putting course nearby for some family recreation. We would cheerfully stay here again!

Window blinds were disgusting. Only one key. Not enough towels. No TV remote upstairs. Bar stowels were counter top stowels not bar stowels. No resort information/maps. Coffee maker sucked. Place needs paint. Living room TV to small.

Nice unit, great location
We were in the Bend area for a family wedding and staying at Eagle Crest was so much nicer than staying in a hotel! The unit was perfect for us - clean, comfortable, and provided for all of our needs. My husband and I were there by ourselves for the first 5 nights and then my brother and sister-in-law came for the last night. So much to do in Eagle Crest when we weren't tied up with wedding festivities. We enjoyed the hiking (especially down along the river), daily walks, and the golf. Perfect place to stay and a very comfy unit.
