Great golf getaway

6 adults for a golf outing were treated to a beautiful house. Very relaxing place, everything easy to find. The den with the 2 twin beds was tight for adults

Nice Spacious Home

The home worked great for our family group. It easily slept 4 couples. The room with the twin beds is more designed for children as its very small. The Kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook for large group. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and hot tub. We will stay here again on our next visit!

Immaculate, beautiful home

This home is huge—plenty of space for our extended family of eight. The large covered patio looks out over open space. We spent most of our time sitting outside, enjoying the central Oregon scenery.

Perfect house for a group of friends

My group of women friends go someplace every year. They said this was the best place they have rented either in our meetings or personally. The house layout is wonderful —bedrooms are spread out in different wings. A wonderful open concept kitchen, dining area and living room. The patio is covered with a hot tub. For me the patio looking out on the desert was peaceful and restful.

Perfect for our family

We have 6 children, with two married and one grandchild. They space and layout of the home was perfect! We also had a photographer come for family photos. We were able to step off the back porch and have a perfect background.

Desert Getaway

Spacious home! We had a very enjoyable stay over the long weekend. We have 5 kids and we were able to spread out and each have our own area. (My kids preferred to share one of the bedrooms rather than someone take the one with the twin beds.) The back area is absolutely wonderful. It's an open space so the kids were able to play outside and my husband and I enjoyed just looking out and seeing the juniper trees. It really gave you the sense of getting away. The hot tub was a hit. There's a ping pong table in the huge garage and the kids enjoyed using that too. I felt like the owners do a good job of maintaining the home and updating any needed areas. I think we were the first ones to use their new grill. Vacasa does manage the property so I was happy that I brought extra trash bags (2 were supplied for a 3 night stay). I think that's Vacasa's standard starter pack. Surprisingly, there were extra dishwasher pods and laundry detergent that I thought would be sparse with Vacasa's starter pack. The check out procedures were extremely easy compared to other rentals that we have stayed at. We would stay again!

Great House, Appliances Need Work!

We had a great time staying here! Perfect location and the size is great. The location really made the house. It was clean and didn't smell at all, however found a ton of dead bugs on the ground in the bathrooms. The bathmats looked original with the house, those could defiantly be replaced. I ended up laying towels over them they were so gross looking. The most scary and bad issue with the house was the stove. It is ceramic stove top with digital controls that would STOP WORKING while I was cooking and I could not turn the burner off. Some burners would not even turn on. The heating options were very inconsistent, making it next to impossible to cook. The pots and pans were very old and basically ruined every meal I tried to cook here. Ice Maker would not dispense, not a big deal but had to use a cup to get the ice out. Listing said it was well stocked, that is true for towels and toilet paper, however there is ZERO here to work with if you plan on cooking any meals here. What was here expired in 2016! For the price that is being charged, we wouldn't stay here again.

Peaceful setting, lots of space

We loved the large dining room table, plenty of seating, private backyard and hot tub. Love the large covered patio area on the back of the house with multiple easy access to the house.

Excellent stay. The house was fully stocked and great location with view.

Smooth checkin. Spacious hone with games and all items needed for cooking. View out the back was great and we had a couple cows come up to graze.

Annual Meeting

We own and operate a family business in Salem, OR and this was our annual business meeting. The house was perfect. Enough large beds, baths, clean and the amount of seating was comfortable. The walking paths are fantastic! We will recommend and hope to stay again.

Great place!

We stayed at The Eagle Crest retreat for a climbing trip to Smith Rock and couldn’t be happier. The place was new, immaculate, and had a great layout. We would definitely stay here again. Highly, highly recommend.

Relaxation Indoors & Outdoors

This home has 5 bedrooms with 4 having large beds, and open floor plan for our family of 8 to enjoy gathering together or separately. The outdoors is even better with practically completely private back area open to the junipers and sage. The lawn has plenty of space for any outdoor family sport. The covered patio with large jetted hot tub was the hang out for our group after we prepared meals in the spread out open kitchen. We all enjoyed this home during our mini family gathering. Perfect for families with kids!

We have rented so many houses in Eagle Crest, but this place really checked all of the boxes!! There is an amazing outdoor space that includes a picnic table, patio and hot tub. The outdoor area was at the opposite end of the bedrooms which was nice for us, because we had two napping kiddos that slept soundly while we were in the kitchen, and hanging out outside. The house had an incredible amount of space, and the garage was huge!!! The kids loved playing with balls in the garage! The kitchen was really well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and etc. We cooked a lot of meals, and we always seemed to have what we needed. We did go enjoy some golfing and go to Lake Billy during our stay... but we also could have stayed at the house the entire time. The patio was the perfect place to hangout! I also want to say, that this may have been the only rental we have stayed at that everything was in working order. Normally an ice machine, hot tub, or the thermostat is on the fritz. Not this place.... everything worked perfectly!! Loved it! We are going to try to book it again next year!
