“I didn't have an issue with the property but with my booking during their change in ownership. I had paid in full through Expedia months prior to our stay and explained this twice, at check in and check out. Yet, they billed me anyway. Was told I'd receive a call when straightened out and I'm still waiting on call and reversal of duplicate charge.”

“The room overall was decently clean and had a nice working coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Bed was decently comfortable as well, air conditioning worked good enough to keep us comfortable. Building was old and showing some age but overall was decent for the price. Would stay here again in the future if we are in the area!”

“I rented the High Desert house with my two sisters for a surprise getaway for our mom's birthday. The house was the perfect setting to make her feel special and pampered. It is a beautiful home and the photos don't do it justice at all. It's fun to walk the golf course and enjoy eagle crest's amenities.
