Highlights were listening to the birds, the scent of the sweetgrass, a soak in the hot tub, and using this as a home base to explore the lovely coastal towns nearby. Jess left excellent and helpful instructions. We planned ahead for cooking on the induction burners/air fryer and the kitchen was pretty well appointed. We'd recommend a visit to Point Arena for two excellent bakeries - Franny's and Pelican Bread. Also...

「Cottage was quaint, quiet and charming! Very cute inside and the bed was super comfy! Dawn, the host, was great to work with. Seabiscuit's stud barn was informative. Being attached to the carriage house was a neat bonus. Best part was being able to see all the stars in the darkness.」

「Beautiful views!! The house was Mendo eclectic which is why I picked this property. Aged home yes but cute in the details. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, however we did need more seating in the living room with the kitchen chairs. The beds were just adequate, but i do like a softer bed. The dishwasher never worked wich kinda sucked honestly because even the dishes in the cabinets were dirty & i hate washing dishes.
