「The room was updated, spacious and clean. It was conveniently located to the highway and to the downtown area. We were surprised at the quality for the price of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again.」

「Tv didn’t work.. maintenance and front desk girl tried to get it going, but nothing. Surely a chain of this size would have a spare tv to swap out for a defective one, but not the case here. Maintenance guy was helpful but couldn’t fix the issues. Front desk Lady was very nice and friendly, but the tv issue has me leaving a bad review, that’s on the owners of the property. Continental breakfast was poor at best, at least offer one hot protein item and a waffle maker instead of thawed eggs...

「After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again.」

「We were checked in virtually...impersonal and unprofessional, in my opinion. Room assigned to us had a window that didn't lock and a curtain that had been cut. We reported it and were moved to a different room which was clean and had no damages. We lost about an hour of time (after a 12-hour travel day) to be able to explore Fort Bragg, due to having to try to communicate with the virtual person on the kiosk and changing rooms. Only complaint about the new room was the fitted sheet on the bed...

「The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available.」

「Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am. We used to stop here a few times each year. Receiving a few free nights but mostly lay off coupons. 「Room was very nice and clean. The room fit all four of us perfectly ! Great water pressure with lots of hot water . Pool was absolutely perfect temperature and the hot tub was relaxing . Great location for us to be in . We will be back for sure. Thank you for having us .」
