“The location was wonderful and the room size was very comfortable. Very quiet for sleeping. The physical building needs a lot of updating. The motel is very long and the elevator is at the very end of the building - away from the lobby! The stairway in the middle of the building had a very unstable handrail and loose tiles at the top of the stairs. Easy for a trip and fall to occur. The breakfast room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast array was average. I had reserved a king……

“Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. ”

“Breakfast was goid, had a variety of different things to eat and drink. We booked there because they had an inside pool, but it was not open due to maintenance and we were not informed it was closer.”

“Too many ants in the room”

“The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. The room overall was okay. The beds were……

“I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so……

“Everything was great! Clean, nice rooms. Loved the convenience of having 3 beds, for larger families. Loved that the pool/hot tub is open 24/7, so if your coming in late and like to soak after a long day, your not on a time crunch to be out by 10:00, like every other hotel. Will definitely stay here again! ”

“nice room with comfortable bed...has a fridge but no microwave....they need to put a mircowave in the rooms...nice hot shower and the room was very clean.....nice hot breakfast and super friendly staff...Sue called me herself to make sure all was ok....my phone in the room was dead and I told the front desk...it never got fixed so I guess they were busy....I didn't really need it so it didn't matter to me...didn't have a clock in the room...I think they should put an alarm clock in the rooms for……

We especially enjoyed the fragrance they use in the lobby and hallways. The pool was ver nice and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. “Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell ”
