「I always appreciate how well you take care of my wife and I. Very friendly staff all around. Love the way you remodeled around the new hotel」

「The room was quite large comparatively speaking, so was the bathroom. However there was no food facility in the hotel. No way to buy food or complimentary breakfast of any kind. For my companion this was a deal killer. I could not even convince her to stay our full time. She was ready to come home. This would be an ideal hotel to stay in even though it is not directly connected to the Casino.」

「The place was over flowing with love bugs no hot water in rooms ,bedspread was stain, the sheets were stains , I had red ants , spiders webs, bugs behind the windows shades, the Chalet need to be upgraded」

「总体都特别好，就是房间消毒味太重了」

「The room had roaches. I took picture of one crawling up wall by the bed. The juice machine didn't work at breakfast but they didn't put a sign on it. When we told front desk it wasn't working. The man said yeah it's broke. Then we went to get coffee instead and it was out. This was 7:30am . The reason we booked was so many reviews said how clean it was.」
