“Not impressed with this very over priced hotel. The room was tiny, barely enough space to open up my suitcase. The light wall socket was loose exposing live wires. The shampoo I’m convinced had been watered down. Not worth the money.”

“The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the……

“Loved the location so close to everything but just off the beaten path. Loved the quirky historic building. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of diversity in foods. Front staff was helpful and friendly. The small bar for a quick meal before turning in. Rooms and restrooms were wonderful. Comfy bed and the largest we had in Scandinavia.”

“員工很親切 酒店位置亦近旅遊地標 壁畫的北歐風很有格調 可惜房內沒有熱水壺提供”

“乾淨的房間 員工非常親切 早餐 好吃 咖啡 水果”

“如果能夠有微波爐就更好了”

“地點方便，客房很乾淨，服務友善，尤其是早餐非常棒！”

“Room was clean and comfortable. ”

“No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite……

“Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! ”

“Helpful staff.”

“真的非常喜歡他們的設計風格，空間寬敞住起來很舒適。早餐也非常豐盛，除了自助式早餐也可以提供現點現做的餐點，超棒！”

“Very high class hotel. Very clean and staff are kind. Free wine hour vouchers.👍”
