「We were in Powell River to attend my grandsons final minor hockey tournament (U18 Stars) and couldn’t have selected a better place to stay! Jenn & Sean were great hosts and our accommodations were the Best. With early morning rises and many trips back and forth to the rink, we felt right at home with the comfy beds, stunning views and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. 「We had a wonderful stay at Wayne’s harbour view property. The entire place was super clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Fresh flowers and coffee were also nice extras. The harbour view from the deck was spectacular and location was great for walking to restaurants and shopping.」

「What a gem! Calm water, crabs everywhere, porpoises out the window. It is a classic Canadian cabin, just like in lake country, except without the mosquitoes but with salmon right outside. We managed to get there in a small open boat (our big one was out of commission) by doing a deal with nearby April Pt Marina.」

「Our family of 4 plus small dog enjoyed our stay. The suite is newly renovated and spacious. Front windows look towards water and lighthouse. We could walk to waterfront but otherwise did need to drive to restaurants etc. Everything was great.」

「A very nice, clean, older property. Very comfortable rooms, nice amenities. Property overlooks a shopping center parking lot with a local bar blaring VERY loud music for hours before a hockey game. Not the hotels fault but was really annoying. Some shabbiness in the rooms, sheers in the bedroom were ripped, need to be replaced. Overll a decent place to stay.」
