"Fantastic room, amazing staff, brilliant location"

"Location is fantastic... everything is within walking distance including the trains to get you anywhere you need to go, the staff were super helpful and nice. If you get a room facing Sagrada Familia, you will NOT be disappointed! I wish the windows in the room opened more as I was constantly burning up with only a sliver of fresh air as they turn off the a/c in "winter". The room was a touch out dated in the sense that bits of the wall were coming dislodged from the base board and there was some scuffing from the side table. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Loved the bathroom though my towel warmer did not work. Overall, it was a great stay and who can forget the rooftop bar with that incredible view (more ants than I care for though)! "

"The whole experience was fantastic. Location next to Cathedral (central), friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. Room was larger for a European room, bed was comfortable, shower was tricky, but once we figured out how it works, it was perfect. Restaurant was good (but there are so many other options walking distance from hotel we only ate there once. Offered umbrellas when it was supposed to rain, concierge worked to get us seats at Flamenco show. Made shuttle to ship pier available - just couldn’t have been a better experience. "

"This hotel is wonderful! It’s very centrally located, beautiful, and in a safe area. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. From the moment we checked in, they helped us prepare one of the rooms early because our child was sick. During our stay, they also helped us with printing and gave us excellent local recommendations. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the hotel has a great system for providing drinkable water. If we return to Barcelona, we’ll definitely stay here again! Oh, and the rooftop offers a stunning view — the sunsets with a perfect view of La Sagrada Família were absolutely amazing."

"Stayed for one night-room well maintained,clean,has great features like no need for a converter to charge your cell phone.Staff helpful and accommodating.Hotel has a rooftop wherein you can see Sagrada Familia basilica, a great asset. Hotel is conveniently located, walkable to local attractions, Aldi supermarket nearby ,close to Metro."
