"This cottage was fantastic! quite, private, very clean, everything you need is in the kitchen, grocery store close by. Less than 5 mi to the ferry to Port Aransas. Pier is well equipped and is next to the channel with lots of dolphins swimming by. We were able to catch our bait. Definitely going back. "

"We had a wonderful time. The property comes well equipped with everything you'll need. The property owner is quick to respond. Perfect location right on a channel with great fishing! Walmart and HEB is only a five minute drive. We definitely would stay again!"

"This was one of the best house I have stayed at it was so clean and check in was so easy. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. There where a few things like the water pressure down Stairs Could’ve had more Pressure, and the a/c worked but we had to keep the upstairs really cold for everyone downstairs to be comfortable to sleep other then that it was really nice place and we will be staying again."

"I can’t say enough good comments. If I could give above a 5 star review I would. The home was amazing with tons of space. We spent days cooking out, fishing off the back pier, kayaking, playing cornhole and seeing the local sights. The neighborhood was amazing and quite. All contact with the homeowner was very quick and so helpful. For anyone looking for an amazing vacation get away this is a must stay."
