"The room was very nice and the housekeeping staff very friendly and efficient. The only one issue I had is that our room was 130 yards from the elevator and my wife is handicapped so I got my exercise pushing a wheelchair 130 yards two or three times a day other than that I would recommend a Santa Fe hotel and casino. Easy access great parking. "

"Things that didn’t work: lights in one room, dishwasher, garbage disposal, the hood vent above the stove and cooktop (made fire alarms go off). The whole place was pretty dirty. One of the cots had hair, urine, broken glass, and other filth on it. They should just burn it. They knew we needed a cot to sleep our group, yet did not provide bedding for it. When I asked for at least sheets, they had sheets delivered for a playpen for infants. We had to ask for more towels, wash clothes, and hand towels (they only had 1 for the kitchen total) even though they knew the number of people in our party.
