The service and the staff was excellent, no doubt. The guy at the entrance was super helpful and helped us to reserve a taxi for the airport. The room was spacious and ok, the towels were a bit old and one could notice, also the bedsheets and the pillows. Overall a good experience, cheap, convenient and well located. Breakfast was ok.

The staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to assure your stay is a success. Breakfast is Keto friendly and includes sliced meats, cheese, pastries, cereals, jams, nutella, coffee, juice...something for everyone. If you are simply looking for a beautiful view their rooftop breakfast dining area is breathe taking giving stunning view of Sicily. Open patio to sip coffee and enjoy the sounds of the birds. Reggio Calabria waterfront walk is fun and relaxing at all times of day...dancing, dining, ..then back to your hotel room - clean, comfortable, and safe. handicap friendly elevator and hallways.

Hotel is centrally located near shopping, restaurants and beach, but the room was very minimal and small. While some rooms seemed to have coffee makers, ours did not. The shower was slow to drain and air conditioner seemed to stop working in the middle of the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast very tasty.

Hôtel très convenable et très bien situé !

Séjour très convenable, le personnel est très gentil. les chambres sont correctes bien que pas très spacieuses. Le mini frigo est rechargé chaque jour en eau fraiche (gazeuse et non gazeuse). Le restaurant n'a pas été ouvert durant les dix jours de séjour. Au vu de la difficulté à communiquer car la plupart du personnel ne parle pas d'autre langue que l'italien, nous n'avons pas demandé pourquoi. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. La salle installée au 6è étage permet de démarrer la journée en surplombant la ville avec vue sur la mer. L'hôtel est situé à qq minutes à pied de la grande rue commerçante et qq mètres de plus du front de mer. Mention spéciale pour Agnesi : elle parle très bien anglais et surtout incarne la qualité de service au client, connait et aime sa ville ! C'est d'autant plus appréciable qu'il n'y a pas vraiment d'office du tourisme dans la ville !

Es wurde in der Buchungsangabe und in derPräsentation ein Restaurant angegeben. Dieses war GESCHLOSSEN, was auch Expedia bei einer Rücksprache hätte wissen müssen. Die Mitteilung fehlte, was zu grossen Enttäuschung führte. Wir hätten das Hotel sonst nicht gebucht, Abends war auch die Cocktailbar zu, was im Hotel (4 Sterne) nicgt sei. Darf. Nicht zu empfehlen.
