“Stayed in a single room, great shower, small courtyard to rear, right next door to the communal kitchen area, WiFi wasn't good, very hit and miss. Great location right opposite Reggio Calabria Central Station, not too far to walk into the centre, and about 1.5 miles walk to the ferry port ”

“Stellaris is incredible! Modern and very clean space. Eliana took the time to orientate us to the property and has been very attentive to all our needs during our stay. The breakfast is a typical Italian start to the day and the cappuccinos and cornettos ( different kinds to choose from) really good! The location is excellent in being right across the boardwalk and beach of Siderno and area is full of restaurants, pizzerias and cafes. Will be back to the Stellaris! ”

“La villa è molto bella e la proprietaria si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile, qualità che ho apprezzato. Purtroppo però l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. La camera era sporca, con una maniglia rotta, e il bagno non si trovava all’interno della stanza ma all’esterno, cosa poco comoda. Quello che mi ha deluso di più è stata la mancanza di attenzione ai dettagli: carta igienica già iniziata, sacchetti del supermercato al posto dei sacchetti in camera/bagno, bagno senza……

“The host was super friendly, and the room was very nice with air conditioning and a large bottle of water. On the downside, I could only get 30 seconds of hot water for my shower when I arrived late at night, and it being late there was nobody I could ask for help. Another thing is the transfer they offered from the airport was with a guy that wasn’t friendly, ignored me when I asked a question and made me pull my luggage all the way outside of the airport area to the street where he parked. “I'm used to 3 star hotels. This hotel is truly 4 star. The cleanliness, the staff and our very affordable ocean view suite with spectacular views of Mt. Etna, the Straits of Messina, and sunsets was wonderful. The robes and slippers is a nice perk. The hotel location is a few minutes walk to the high speed ferry to Messina, Sicily and a few minutes walk to the Lido train station. The hotel is convenient to the Lungomare waterfront and the famous Archeological Museum as well as several art……

“A very clean setup, nice and close to the station was the big benefit for us. Air conditioning and internet were good. A simple overnight stay for us was fine. Expect a basic breakfast and you’ll be fine.”
