"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "They have the best staff. Very helpful with whatever you need. Large room with balcony and beautiful view. The restaurant on the hotel ground is wonderful. The whole staff made sure ee got exactly what we wanted and the way we wanted it. Domenico was especially attentive. We loved our meals there, and were sad to leave the Hotel."

"Overall a good option. Clean hotel & friendly staff. The rooms are dated, but kept well. The hotel restaurant is lovely with great service and good food. Breakfast and dinner sampled and it also has a brilliant view out over to sicily to add to your enjoyment. Easy location, just off the seafront. I'd definitely recommend"

"We have been travelling for a few weeks now. I would say that although B&B Centrale was not in the best location, it was by far the best. The owner provided excellent service, served us breakfast and coffee and gave us free water each day. Everywhere we travelled, we didn’t see the shadow of the owner or their employee. Everything was so hands off. But Sr. Nuno (if memory serves me right) provided hands-on service. Such a gentleman. We stayed in a big quadruple room which was very clean and spacious. We didn’t feel cramped like in other places. The bathroom was located a bit away from our beds. This ensured we weren’t bothered by the light being turned on by someone who needed to go. Great owner. Made our stay so pleasant. Grazie Mille."
