“I originally booked a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds through your website, as shown in the attached picture. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the staff informed me that they could not provide the room type I had booked. Instead, I was given a room with only one King bed and a small temporary cot. This cot came with a dirty bedsheet that had holes and no blanket. On top of that, one of the essential toiletries was not provided, which we had to specifically ask them to send, along with a……

“The only slight problem was that the bed covers were fairly light - could suggest that there be an extra blanket in a closet, but I'm sure if I had asked I would have been given one :) Other than that, and the one night where someone blared music too loud :) It was great!”

“Laundry machine, ice machine, coffee etc always usable and in good state. AC actually cools the room, not locked out at some ridiculously high setting. Plenty of parking for all. Rooms are clean and simple and same with bathroom. ”

“We had a suite on the main floor as I had my dog with us. Because it was a designated pet room, it had odours but not overly foul. We just opened the window. Staff, both at evening check in super friendly and morning check out. Beds are comfy, a nice big shower in the bathroom. And we appreciated the keurig for our 1st coffees while getting ready. We did not use the pool, slide or hot tub but it looked nice and very clean. Will absolutely stay again.”
