“I was honestly disappointed with this hotel. In my opinion, it does not deserve a 4-star rating. I paid extra for a room with a terrace, and I have to say the terrace and the sea view were beautiful—that was definitely the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was very outdated. The walls were old and even swollen in some areas, giving the impression that they hadn’t been properly maintained for years. The mattress was clearly worn out, and the sheets looked as if they had……

“Stunning location, with beautiful crystal clear water for swimming right in front of the hotel. Little town of Poros a 10 minute taxi ride. We planned to go to other beaches around the island but the setting at the hotel was so lovely we only left for dinner in Poros town which has some nice restaurants.”

“The Good: The property is stunning—from the museum-like display cases to the peaceful garden terrace. The morning cappuccino was incredible, and the yogurt, fruit, and tea were high quality. The Bad: The service was low-effort, rigid, and surprisingly aggressive. Hostile Check-In: We were forced into an unannounced credit card hold. “We had an overall pleasant stay at Oasis Hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Marta, who was exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome. The only downside was the room we were assigned. It was a ground-floor room with a beautiful terrace, which would have been perfect to enjoy. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use it because there was a very strong sewage smell outside. The odor was really unpleasant and made it impossible to sit on……

“The hotel has a relaxed feel to it and we enjoyed staying on Agistri. The location was lovely. The staff were affable. Breakfast was reasonable. The beds were very comfortable- not rock hard at all. The sun beds on the beach you have to pay for. I would definitely return again.”

Einzige Minuspunkte: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört regelmäßig Personen aus dem Gang, wenn man im Ergeschoss ist. Die Kissen sind zu hoch. Wenn man schon pro Person 2 Kissen bekommt, könnte man da ja unterschiedliche ausgeben.”
