The ground level offers two bedrooms, one full hall bathroom, a laundry room, kitchen, living room, dining space to accommodate eight people, free Wi-Fi, and a private driveway for approximately four cars. Your second level offers two additional bedrooms and a full-hall bathroom. Rehoboth Beach is the way vacationing families and friends have done fit or generations.
LOCATION: You will not find a better location in South Rehoboth. Silver Lake is 50 yards to the west, and the beach and boardwalk are 100 yards east, giving you easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and downtown Rehoboth's myriad dining and entertainment options, just a 10 to 15-minute stroll away.
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. four cars.
AMENITIES: Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: The $199.99 processing fee is non-refundable. One dog is permitted with a pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental program to guests. Sorry, no smoking.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
