Quaint little property a little more than a block off the main boulevard of downtown Rehoboth. Extremely clean with nice little amenities in the main office. The staff is great. Highly recommend it for when you wanna go shop and dine in Rehoboth, but then come back and relax by the pool for a little bit.

Outstanding beach town motel with pool - essentially right on the edge of the concentration of a plethora of shops and restaurants and bars, and it’s an easy 7 minute walk to beach. Very clean, comfortable, convenient rooms and staff was very friendly. Although it was offseason (week before Memorial Day), the price for the two night stay was an incredible value.

We had a wonderful stay at Oceanus! The motel is extremely clean, comfortable, and just a five minute walk from the beach. It’s also right around the corner from the main street, with tons of restaurants and shops, so we parked our car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, and the small pool was perfect for us. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early because our room was ready and were also happy to let us leave our car for an hour after checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

I highly recommend Oceanus. It is so conveniently located to attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious with a good size fridge. It has a lovely pool. The coffee (available in the lobby, not in the rooms) was always fresh and delicious. And, the staff were SO nice!!

This is our 3rd stay at Oceanas. The Hotel and staff are amazing for the price. I am an InnKeeper of a high end Bed and Breakfast and when I am at the Ocean, I am at the Ocean and boardwalk. The rooms are basic and provide all that you need. The hotel is extremely close to everything and the room was spotless and everything was fresh. We will be back.

WOW tis Motel far exceeded my expectations. You think “motel” and its crappy but no way. I recently stayed at another in Dewey and it was HORRIFIC nothing like the photos. Oceanus was CLEAN and I mean from entry to baseboard. You could smell the cleanliness (not cleanser) but clean. The staff was friendly the place was bright and vibrant the chairs outside was clean the tables by the pool were clean I was in AWE i am Definitely staying again

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was cheerful and very helpful. The only thing missing for me was in room coffee maker. I’m very fussy about coffee, and the 24 hour coffee service in the office wasn’t that great. But the abundance of coffee shops and eateries within walking distance made up for it.

Great experience. Check in was quick, they let you get your parking pass early while your room is getting ready if you want to go to the beach for the day and check in later. Clean rooms, great amenities, will be staying here again.

Very clean, spacious and quiet. The drawer back was we were on the third floor and they had no elevator, but the steps was very spacious that it was easy to carry your belongings upstairs. Just don’t bring a lot of belongings that you have to carry.

Can confirm all of the other positive reviews - this was an excellent place to stay. Location is excellent - almost right on the main boulevard, and a very short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. It's true there is no elevator though.
