Weekend with friends

We stayed at the house with 16 friends from Friday until Monday. The house is located within a beautiful area where you can hike, cycle or mountainbike. So if you can bring a mountainbike then definitely do that. The living room is big with enough seating for us all, the kitchen was at the right size as well. Outside you can sit on the porch even when the weather is not so good. We sat there during our bbq. Next to the porch is a big chess board that was used often as everybody found their inner Gasparov suddenly. There are some rooms with a double bed, some with bunk beds and one sleeping couch we used in the living room. All were fine to sleep on. Groceries can be done in the small town about 5 minutes away by car, except on Sundays (but that is normal in Germany I believe). We went paintballing at about 20 mins distance. On another day we went klettern or climbing in a forest climbing park. There are quite a lot of these in the surrounding area. Cologne is at about an hour drive and definitely nice to spend some time. If you're coming from far then the Bonn cologne airport is a good place to plan from. Altogether a very nice place, with a nice host as well. Arrival and departure went very smoothly and we had a good time there.

Ein kleines Paradies für Erwachsene, Kinder und Hunde

Das Haus bietet vielfältige Aufenthaltsbereiche, die man je nach Wetterlage nutzen kann. Die Küche ist super bestückt, allerdings sollte man neben den eigenen Handtüchern auch eigene Geschirrtücher mitbringen. Und zur Sicherheit alle Gewürze, die man zum Kochen braucht. Die Vormieter haben zwar einiges dagelassen, aber man hat keine Garantie, dass das da ist, was man braucht, wie z.B. Salz.Ansonsten haben wir uns rundherum wohlgefühlt, Nachts ist die Ruhe ungewöhnlich, wenn man aus der Stadt kommt, und im Waldlehrpfad gegenüber vom Haus, kann man in gut einer Stunde einiges über die Natur lernen.

Im Haus sind alle möglichen Dinge zum Gebrauch vorhanden, es ist insgesamt super ausgestattet und bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten um sich zu beschäftigen (musizieren, bewegen, kochen grillen, chillen...). Für Familien und Gruppen mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Es war auch sauber und die ganze Abwicklung sehr unkompliziert. Die Umgebung ist ansprechend. Ein Auto (Einkauf etc.) ist notwendig. Die Matratzen könnten etwas bequemer sein. Sonst alles TipTop.

Tolle Ferienwoche!!

Wir haben unseren Familuenurlaub (1 Woche) zusammen im Haus Quellenhain verbracht. Insgesamt 10 Personen, 7 Erwachsene und 3 kleine Kinder plus Familienhund. Es war eine tolle Woche i einem super ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es war alles da und noch viel mehr, als man es von anderen Ferienhäusern kennt. Unser Vermieter Herr Koch war super freundlich , schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der gepflegte Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und somit konnte sich unser Hund darin auch frei bewegen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, wandern etc. Wir ko.men gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, hat alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was mit Kleinkindern und Hunden sehr praktisch ist! Die Lage ist im Grünen und sehr ruhig.

Es war alles prima. Für 16 Personen(wie abgeben) finde ich das Haus aber ezwas zu klein. Schön wäre eine Außenbeleuchtung auf dieTerassen und für Kinder ein paar Kunstsstoffbecher, . Sonst war alles prima.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir waren über Pfingsten bei wechselhaften Wetter mit drei Generationen im Quellenhain.Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Es war alles wie beschrieben, und der Einrichtung fehlte nichts. Es gab draußen alles was das Kinderherz glücklich macht, Trambolin, Schachbrett und vor allem die Tischtennisplatte wurden viel benutzt.Wir hatten ausnahmslos netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Antwort bei FeWo sehr zeitnah, sogar bei Freizeittipps. Ein technisches Problem wurde Samstagsabend zeitnah und freundlich gelöst. Die hier benannten Regeln und Vorschriften scheinen uns durchaus angebracht.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder oder testen eines der anderen „Welt“-Häuser.Fam. Redmann

Ideal für ein Familienwochenende

Wir waren für zwei Nächte mit sechs Erwachsenen und fünf Kindern dort. Das Haus war perfekt, drei schöne Schlafzimmer für die Erwachsenen, zwei Kinderzimmer mit je einem Hochbett und einer Schlafcouch. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, im Garten befindet sich ein Schachbrett, ein großes Trampolin, eine Schaukel und eine Tischtennisplatte, gegenüber vom Haus ist ein kleiner Bach an dem die Kinder zusätzlich viel Spaß hatten. Das Haus ist super durchdacht, genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, großer Kühlschrank, genügend Geschirr und Besteck. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Schönes Wochenende mit freunden

Schöner Kurzurlaub im Schnee

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende im Bergischen. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 6 kleinen Kindern dort - und das Haus war voll. Mit 16 Erwachsenen würde ich nicht dorthin fahren. Der Aufenthaltsraum inklusive Tisch sind für mehr Erwachsene einfach nicht ausgelegt. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne und unkomplizierte Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gut mit kleinen Abstrichen

+ alles recht neu und in sehr gutem Zustand + großzügige Ausstattung + schöne Lage direkt am Waldrand - nur mit PKW erreichbar - keine Geschäfte in der Nähe - mit uns (12 Personen) waren alle echten Betten und der gesamte Küchentisch belegt. Die angegebene Zahl von max. 16 Personen erscheint nicht akzeptabel - relativ teuer - dass man bei diesem hohen Mietpreis auch noch 0,77 € Kurtaxe pro Tag und Person zahlen muss ist fast schon lustig

Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen

-Auf den ersten Blick ein sauberes Haus, aber als wir aber eintraten, roch das ganze Haus nach muffiger Wäsche... -Laut Inserat kinderfreundlich, das trifft jedoch nicht zu. Der Weg um das Haus war mit vertrockneten, stacheligen Brombeersträuchen bewuchert ( von Fuß bis Augenhöhe von den Kindern). Wir haben sie aus Sicherheitsgründen und entstandenen Verletzungen eigenmächtig abgeschnitten. Dies war ihm nicht recht, denn laut seiner Aussage, habe er diese schon mit Gift besprüht, und die Kinder (2_13J.) müssen sich verletzen, damit sie es lernen aufzupassen... - Auf Anfrage, ob wir den Staubsauger im EG benutzen dürfen, stimmte er zu, danach regte er sich auf, dass wir sein Eigentum benutzen. - Am 3.Tag kam die Kloake (1.OG) aus der Dusche (21:00 Uhr), daraufhin ruften wir ihn an. Er sagte, dass er heute den Schaden nicht mehr beheben wird und das alles in einem aggressiven Ton. Zum Schluss drohte er uns mit der Polizei und wollte uns aus dem Haus schmeißen lassen, da wir darauf bestanden, dass es heute repariert wird.Was er aber nicht mehr getan hat. Es roch die ganze Nacht nach Kot. Deswegen entschlossen wir uns am 4.Tag abzureisen (von 14 Tagen). Er wurde daraufhin sehr laut und ausfallend. Wir hatte hilfsbereiten, netten Kontakt mit FEWO, aber der Vermieter war sehr uneinsichtig, stur und überheblich. - Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.
