“The apartment is pretty big, it has 2 bedrooms and a living room with everything you may need; microwave, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, etc. The WiFi is super fast and the location is perfect, 5 min driving to the downtown. There is not parking space there, but it is easy to find a parking spot for €3 per all day. Well recommended!

“Wir waren 7Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Der Vermieter, Hr. Fleischer ist sehr nett und hat mit uns zwei sogar eine Stadtführung gemacht, die sehr interessant war und man spürte förmlich die Liebe zu seiner Stadt Dresden. Die FW ist von Grün umgeben, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in sämtliche Richtungen fast unmittelbar vor der Tür. Das Fazit ist, wir können diese FW auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.”

Es war alles da was man benötigt.Eine schöne Umgebung und die ruhige Lage von Rockau haben uns sehr gefallen. Es gibt gleich in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle und man kommt recht schnell in die Stadt Dresden. ”

"The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment.
I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have taken advantage of it during my stay. The lack of communication led to a feeling of disappointment upon discovering this feature on my final night.
Overall, the hotel's strengths lie in its convenient location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, the hotel management should focus on improving their communication with guests to ensure they are aware of all the benefits the hotel has to offer."

附近的車位也滿了，非常狼狽。
房間的床是由兩張單人床組合而成的雙人床，店方也沒有準備好，需要經過交涉才為我們預備多一個床單， 把床變成兩張單人床。
房間應該是油療養院改建而成， 廁所地板有沒有平整好， 洗澡後全個廁所積水。"
