In the house: central heating system. Parking. Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Brixlegg Bahnhof" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, bathing lake "Reith" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, ski rental 3 km, children's ski school 3 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 46 km, Matzenpark 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Reiter Kogelbahn 3.5 km, Ski Juwel Allpachtal 8 km, Spieljoch Zillertal 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Achensee 24 km, Schlitterer See 11 km, Reinthaler See 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Alpbachcard included in summer, free entry to the Brixlegg swimming pool and the Minster and Reintalersee. Free travel on four cable cars, etc.
