"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."

"The hotel is situated on the M40 motorway Brussels - Liège but only 5-ish km away from downtown leuven. It has a free parking unlike anywhere in Leuven. Although situated on a busy motorway, I did not hear any car at all. The rooms are spatious, the only downside is that the window does not open so no real fresh air is coming in. "Enjoyed my stay. Large modern room, exceptional view over the city, perfect sauna which has also incredible view!!! Breakfast and bat were great. And service is perfect. Staff is friendly. Area is walkable and uptown location is much better than being in city center. They also offered free walking tour for uptown, which was very nice. Mark is doing great job as a guide, learned a lot about architecture of the city."
