  • What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is the opportunity it provides for both relaxation and adventure. The serene riverside setting offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and recharge. At the same time, the abundance of activities in the surrounding area keeps your engaged and entertained.     We do not allow people outside the reservation to the property. If you say you have a party of 4 it must be no more than 4 people at the property. More guest are welcome for a fee of $45 per person per night. No more than 8 guest.

The house was beautifully furnished and had pretty much everything we needed. We used the hot tub and loved it. We didn't spend a lot of time there because we were attending a family event in Binghamton. The bedrooms were very comfortable with good mattresses.

Perfect space for a weekend girls trip. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, working hot tub. One issue which was remedied immediately and also received a refund. Host and housekeeping more than accommodating. I would stay again.

We enjoyed the house! Comfortable beds, big kitchen, large screen TV, wrap around enclosed porch, comfortable outdoor chairs to watch the river, not far from Binghamton.

The host was so amazingly responsive. The cottage is beautiful; the grounds are beautiful. It is very private, as described with lovely views and so much space! My dog had a blast running laps around the yard. Sunrises were really lovely, either from the screened in porch, the deck in the yard, the dock, and even the window of the primary bedroom. The hot tub was on and warm when we got there. This was a perfect weekend getaway. Looking forward to visiting again when the weather warms up and we can swim and kayak in the river.
