This house is in such a beautiful setting, on the Susquehanna River. it’s a nice piece of property and very private. The house is well equipped with quality kitchenware, which is rare in my experience. Everyone in our group liked this house.

The house was beautifully furnished and had pretty much everything we needed. We used the hot tub and loved it. We didn't spend a lot of time there because we were attending a family event in Binghamton. The bedrooms were very comfortable with good mattresses.

House is more outdated than the pictures show. You have window unit AC for upstairs bedrooms. A wall unit for the entire downstairs. The downstairs bedroom does not have air. So during hotter temps, they will have to run pretty regularly to keep the house cool. Place is a little over grown with weeds around the house and by the dock area. With that being said, we enjoyed our time and the host was great. Just a few minor things, but overall a great stay. Big property, quiet and peaceful! I would recommend for sure,
