“I have stayed for 5 nights in Jan 2014. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It provided daily cleansing services. It is on metro line 3 and at a quiet residential area; approximately 5 to 7 mnutes' walk from the metro station. Supermarkets were just 5 minutes' walk away. One of them opened even on Sunday afternoon. The apartment provided cooking facilities. It was basic and enough for a short stay. However, it would be perfect if there were a washing machine and an oven.”

“Appartement très propre. Aucun bruit. Bouche de métro, restos à proximité. Séjour à Barcelone en famille pour le week-end pour un motogp. Équipe très réactive et disponible par whatsapp. Garage en sous sol. Établissement parfait je recommande.”

“Bad management! We paid and been told to go picking up the car park key from checkin office, 15 mins driving from the apartment but told me no parking space for us. We have to manage where to park our car at the last minute. After shower the floor was flooded, no way to control. On line check in was so complicated. Condition of the apartment is not very good, a lot need to be fixed. In such price didn’t expect like this. ”

“El piso está en excelentes condiciones, en un edificio muy bonito. El personal de administración es muy amabe. Estuvimos solo una noche y nuestro objetivo era visitar Montserrat que está a un poco menos de media hora en auto. Recomiendo mirar bien cómo llegar ya que no es fácil, pero una vez te ubicas en el lugar, es muy cómodo.”

“Wir wurden 14 Tage vor Abflug informiert, dass unser Appartement storniert wurde. Alternativ wurde uns ein anderes Appartement von AinB Appartements angeboten. Das war ok für uns. Dieses Appartement war von der Sauberkeit relativ in Ordnung, allerdings wirklich in einem sehr sehr abgewohnten renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Klotür war absolut nicht zu schließen (10cm mussten offen bleiben da sie völlig aufgequollen und verzogen war), was sehr unangenehm für uns war. Der Türrahmen war völlig……

“Top ! Effectivement , ce n'est pas un gîte pour visiter autour mais on est vraiment pas loin de Barcelone (en voiture ou en train).Maria est très gentille et nous avons très bien profité de la pisicne et de la terrasse couverte Encore merci à Maria, Sofia et Patrick ”

“Appartamento ampio e pulito, molto confortevole. La posizione è ottima: 10 minuti a piedi dal parc guell, sagrada familia raggiungibile anche a piedi in 30 minuti, fermata della metro praticamente sotto casa. Il parcheggio all interno del palazzo è un grandissimo vantaggio per chi viaggia in auto. Host molto precisa e reattiva nelle comunicazioni. Unico piccolo difetto, l aria condizionata, perfettamente funzionante, era un po' rumorosa.”

“This property offers you an economical place to stay. Please keep in mind that these residential units are dorm rooms. They do not have televisions or phones. The downtown area is approximately a 20 minute walk from the property. There you will find eateries and cafes. If you need to buy groceries, a Mercadona is about a 10 minute walk. A massive shopping center is across town. ”

“Property was in an area with very limited dining options. Property had a significant ant problem in the kitchen! In arrival there was a €400 bond requirement (not clear on booking) which then took over 2 weeks to be refunded! Would avoid!!”

“Great stay and great host (Sofia). The apartment is well equipped, very centric and convenient. I would highly recommend it and would stay again when I’m back to Terrassa.”
